Doggie Boarding

We provide in-home, cage-free dog boarding service where your dog will enjoy access to the house and to the backyard just like s/he would at home. In addition, s/he will get to play with my dog Hershey, a nine-year old Terrier-Schnauzer mix that is loving and affectionate. Videos/photos will be provided throughout your dog’s stay.

*All new boarding and daycare doggies are required to attend a 90 minute temperament trial at my house.

We understand that every kitty is unique and may require specialized attention. We are available to discuss all your kitty’s needs and the routine s/he is used to. We are also experienced with giving the kitty medicine including insulin injections.

Our petcare business has expanded over time to include care services to other fur/feather babies, including but not limited to ferret, bearded dragon, fish, chicken, guinea pig, hamster, etc.

*NEW* HOMESTAY

We understand some doggies do not like to be away from their own house. For these doggies, we will stay over with the doggies at their own house and will feed them and take them out a few times throughout the day.

Don’t want to leave your dog in a kennel where they are left alone in cages at night? Maplewood Petcares provides a great alternative - a 100% cage-free doggie daycare and boarding environment. At Maplewood Petcares, the dogs are allowed to roam free as if they are at home. Not only do they have access to my home, they also have access to a fenced-in backyard where they can play with each other.

So, whether you require doggie daycare while you go to the spa, or you are looking for a safe and fun environment for your doggie to socialize while you are at work, or if you are simply looking for some “me” time, this is the place to be. Whether you are traveling for the weekend, or going on an extended vacation, I will pamper your doggie as if they were mine at their home away from home. You will find that my rates are very competitive.

Maplewood Petcares is owner-operated and fully insured. My name is Milly Lopez, and every client receives one-on-one attention by me. I have many years of experience proving specialized services for pets. Being a pet owner myself, I want my fellow pet owners to feel safe when they are at work or when they travel. I also provide videos and pictures throughout their stay so you can see how well your pet is being pampered. Your pet will be given all the extra attention they deserve including their medication and any other special needs/considerations. All potential boarding and daycare doggies are carefully screened and vetted.
